When to arrive:

15 mins of your appointment is allocated for consultation, refreshments and completion of paperwork, so please arrive promptly at your given appointment time and not before, to avoid waiting.

Cancellation or change of appointments:

Being considerate to other clients please give a minimum of 12 working hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Bookings over $100 must be secured with a credit card number , with failure to arrive for the appointment resulting in a 50% cancellation fee.

What to wear:

Maintaining a sense of dignity is of the utmost importance at the Sanctuary. With gowns provided & careful draping your privacy is ensured at all times. Disposable underwear is available for body treatments. Clients are advised to bring their own swimwear for spa & sauna treatments. Slippers are provided.

Payments:

The O.V Sanctuary accepts, cash, eftpos and all major credit cards. * Payment by credit card does attract the standard 1% surcharge.
